APO (Actual Pay Out)
The dollar value assigned to products on which commissions will be paid.
Associate is a term used for all independent distributors who are eligible to participate in the Career and Compensation Plan and are governed by the Associate Policies and Procedures, Career and Compensation Plan, and Associate Terms and Conditions as part of their agreement with Mannatech.
For compensation distribution purposes, Mannatech divides each year into 13 four-week business periods. A business period calendar with dates for the year can be found on Fax-on-Demand, #6819 (Australia) #6919 (New Zealand).
Qualified, 1-, 2-, 3- or 4-Star legs are considered "coded" legs in the Leg Star Bonus programme.
In the Unilateral, Leadership and Generational bonuses, all non-purchasing and non-renewed Associates are eliminated from the calculation of the bonus. Purchasing Associates are then compressed, replacing the levels of non-purchasing and non-renewing Associates and creating pay levels before bonuses are calculated. The Pack Qualifying Credits (PQC) count as an active pay level even though no Actual Pay Out (APO) is paid on the PQC total.
A term used to define all Associates/Members who have placed an order in a 365-day reporting period.
The Associate who actively works with a customer to introduce them to Mannatech products and is listed on the Associate Application and Agreement as the Enroller. The Enroller and the Sponsor may be the same person, or the Enroller may place the new Associate under a different Sponsor in their sales organisation.
The abbreviation used for Fax-on-Demand. Individual documents are listed by FOD number for easy retrieval. For example, FOD #6500 (Australia) or 6900 (New Zealand).
An Associate or Member who last placed a product/pack order (excluding MPMs) in the time period three, four and five completed business periods ago, and who does not have an Automatic Order that will trigger a product purchase in the current business period.
The volume created by downline leaders of the same or higher level as the Primary leader.
GAPO (Group Actual Pay Out)
The total APO that is paid on product sales generating from a Leadership organisation in a qualification period down to the next Leader of same or greater leadership status. GAPO does not include your own APO. However, it does include your first Leader's APO, since they are not paid on their own APO.
GPV (Group Point Volume)
The total PPV earned from all Associates in your downline, including your Member PV, in one business period. Only product PPV counts toward GPV. Pack PQC and QV do not count for the GPV requirements.
An Associate or Member who has had no product/pack order (excluding MPMs) in the current or previous five completed business periods, and who does not have an Automatic Order that will trigger an order in the current business period.
An Associate who retails product orders to consumers and actively participates in the Career and Compensation Plan through the sponsorship of other Associates and Members. Independent Distributors are eligible to purchase product directly from Mannatech at Associate cost.
A personally sponsored Associate and their entire downline structure.
Leg GPV (Leg Group Point Volume)
Leg GPV is the total Group Point Volume under an entire leg of your organisation. Leg GPV includes Member volume for Leadership purposes.
The total Pack Qualifying Volume that accumulates toward the Power Bonus, based on pack sales in the downline organisation.
An Associate who achieves Master Associate status with a set PMPV in the qualification period or purchases a Master Associate Pack.
Members are regular consumers of Mannatech products who receive a five-percent discount off the retail prices of our products. Members are not Associates and do not participate in the Mannatech Career and Compensation Plan.
MPV (Member Point Volume)
The total Member PV of all Members who qualify in a business period. This PV total is used to calculate the PMPV and GPV.
The PQC accumulation for non-All-Star Associates and/or non-qualifying All-Star Associates, where displays indicate that if the Associate had been a qualified All-Star Associate, the PQC volume would have been counted towards Power Bonus qualifications.
Physical Level/Pay Level
Physical level is the actual level at which an Associate enters a downline structure. Pay level is the level at which an Associate will be paid after compression.
PMPV (Personal Member Point Volume)
An Associate's PPV and their personally sponsored Members' PV will total PMPV in a business period.
PPV (Personal Point Volume)
The number of points earned on personal product purchases needed to qualify for commissions during each business period. The PPV is used to calculate PMPV and GPV.
PQC (Pack Qualifying Credit)
The point volume associated with each pack sale, where the credit counts for qualifying purposes in the business period the pack is purchased. The cumulative PQC will accrue for Power Bonus credits, as product packs are sold in the downline organisation.
An Associate who orders product directly from Mannatech at Associate cost and is eligible to participate in the Career and Compensation Plan as qualifications are met.
The volume created by a leader down to the next leader of the same or higher level.
PV (Point Volume)
Points assigned to every product for the purpose of bonus qualifications.
An All-Star Associate who has renewed their position annually and has at least 100 QV in the business period.
Qualified Associate (QA)
An Associate who has renewed their position annually and has at least 100 QV in the business period.
Qualified Master Associate
A Master Associate who has renewed their position annually and met the QV requirements in the business period.
QV (Qualifying Volume)
Volume coming from an Associate's personal sales volume. This total can be the sum of both PPV and PQC. Associate must also be renewed for the Qualifying Volume to count toward commissions.
An Associate or Member who has made any purchase in the current business period or in at least one of the last two completed business periods, or who has an Automatic Order that will trigger a product order during the current business period. Recent Buyers include Active Associates.
To be entitled to continuing bonuses, Associates must renew their positions annually or reachieve their Master or All-Star status through the accrual of set PMPV.
A term used to define all Associates eligible to receive the Mannatech Health and Living magazine, and who are within their 13-business-period cycle.
Leadership Bonuses are paid out on every Associate's APO. When an Associate does not qualify to earn any portion of the Unilateral, Leadership, Generational and Star Bonuses, the remaining bonuses roll up to the first Associate qualified to earn the bonus.
An Associate becomes a Sponsor when a new, personally sponsored person names that Associate on their completed Associate Application and Agreement. The Associate named will be located directly above the new Associate in sales organisation structure charts.
Suggested Retail Price
The recommended price for sale of a product by the Associate to his or her customers. This is a recommended price only, and there is no obligation to comply with the recommendation.
Total Company APO
The total Company APO available for pools and commissions, less the APO allocation to the Retention Programme.
